Welcome to ZAVUREL™ (“we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.

By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. ACCESS & ACCOUNT

You represent you are the age of majority in your jurisdiction and you consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or manage. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and shipping information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We aim to display products accurately; however, colors/appearance may vary by device. Descriptions, images, and prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Products are for personal use only and not for resale without our written consent. Individual results may vary.

3. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, stock issues). If we change or cancel an order, we’ll notify you using the contact details provided. Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. You confirm your purchases are for personal/household use, not for commercial export or resale.

4. PRICES & BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. Prices shown at checkout are those in effect at the time of order. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties, shipping, and handling. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us (and Shopify’s payment processors) to charge your selected method for the full amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide. Typical processing is 1–3 business days, with delivery in 5–12 business days depending on destination. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility. Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. 6. RETURNS, REFUNDS & SATISFACTION PROMISE

We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Promise — if you’re not in love within 30 days of receipt, contact hello@zavurel.com and we’ll make it right (replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the situation).

All physical returns must be pre-authorized by our support team. Return eligibility (unused, unopened, original packaging) and timelines (request within 14 days of delivery) are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. For damaged/incorrect/lost items, contact us within 7 days with photo/video proof; in most cases a return is not required.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Services (text, graphics, images, product designs, logos, video, audio, layout) is owned by ZAVUREL or its licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only and may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works without our written consent. ZAVUREL™ trademarks and trade dress may not be used without permission. Other marks belong to their respective owners.

8. OPTIONAL TOOLS & NEW FEATURES

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties or liability. Your use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s terms. New features and tools are part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

9. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Links to third-party websites or embedded features are provided for convenience. We do not control and aren’t responsible for third-party content, policies, or transactions. Access at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.

10. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

ZAVUREL is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases are between you and ZAVUREL. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from or related to your purchases and use of the Services.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and may also be processed by Shopify under Shopify’s privacy terms. Because our store is hosted by Shopify, information you submit may be transferred to other countries to provide and improve the Services.

12. FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

By submitting reviews, ideas, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use and display the Feedback in any media. You represent you have necessary rights, your Feedback is accurate and lawful, and you’ve disclosed any incentives. We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback at our discretion.

13. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

Occasionally information on the Services may contain errors or omissions (e.g., descriptions, pricing, availability). We may correct or update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

14. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to use the Services for illegal, harmful, infringing, or abusive purposes; to transmit malware or spam; to scrape or harvest data; to bypass security; or to misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

15. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You remain responsible for amounts due up to the termination date. Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated by ZAVUREL, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement). Your use is at your sole risk. Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain disclaimers, so parts may not apply.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZAVUREL and its officers, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs) arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZAVUREL (and Shopify) from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law or third-party rights.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder will remain in full force.

20. WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with posted policies (e.g., Privacy, Shipping, Returns), constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings.

21. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of the jurisdiction in which ZAVUREL™ is headquartered. You and ZAVUREL consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.

23. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an effective date. Material changes will be notified as required by law. Your continued use after changes means acceptance.
